At the FVA stall, among other things, you will find books about photography, such as Conflict, which is a publication accompanying this year’s edition of the Krakow Photomonth. Those who weren’t able to make it to Cracow will be able to purchase the Photomonth gadgets.
The stall of the Rajza po Kato will be filled up with brand new – alternative Katowice guide Rajza po Kato!

Spotkanie z miejscami (Going Places)
A walk with Tomasz Konior, who will talk about Strefa Kultury (the Cultural Zone), design and life in the city
(Meeting point: at the Spodek opposite the MCK [International Conference Centre], al. Korfantego 36, attendance is free)

Tomasz Konior – architect and urban planner; since 1995 he has run the architectural firm Konior Studio. His projects include the Symfonia Centre for Science and Musical Education, the building of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Polish Radio, and the new Supersam building (scheduled to open in the autumn of 2015)

Wypad na Nikisz (A Trip to Nikisz)
A photography walk led by Przemek Jendroska
(Meeting point: pl. Wyzwolenia 4, opposite the rose façade, attendance is free)

Przemek Jendroska – graduate of  PWSFTViT (National Film, Theatre and Television School) in Łódź,  photographer, long-time contributor to Gazeta Wyborcza, co-founder of the photography group Natechwile, with which he has had a few dozen exhibitions in Poland and abroad; he won the first prize in the 2006 BZ WBK PRESS PHOTO contest in the Society category.

—> To get to Nikiszowiec from the  Dolina Trzech Stawów:
Bus 674 from the stop at the shopping mall, get off at the Nikiszowiec Szyb Pułaski stop
